My expertise in selecting the right home site and floor plan to meet each clients needs has led to many families happily settling into their new homes. Having managed construction sites for properties and hands on construction/supervising 3 new houses for my family to call home gives me a unique perspective that has proven to be invaluable to my clients.
Land Development
Having been a partner or primary marketing agent for 8 new home communities gives me a unique prospective on the value of land, judging the important features of home sites and understanding what is important to new home buyers.
Relocating Families
My personal experience in relocating my family to several states helps me understand the needs and apprehensions of all family members. Each year I work with several incoming and outgoing families that have been assigned to me by my relocation department as well as by referrals from other satisfied Relo's.
